MSRA Revision
Two papers, two practice modes. Pick where to drill — or take the full mock.
Next MSRA sitting (Jan 2027 cycle): 216 daysYour progress
Paper 1 · Clinical Problem Solving (CPS)
1210 MSRA-CPS questions across 16 topics. Topic mapping derived from question categories and title patterns; recomputed automatically when questions are added or re-tagged.
Paper 2 · Professional Dilemmas (PD)
347 PD scenarios across 7 GMC professional-domain competencies. Ranking items use the MSRA's partial-credit distance scoring. MBA items mark you on the three most appropriate actions out of eight.
How the MSRA module works
The MSRA module covers both papers in a single bank, structured exactly to the way the exam is sat. Clinical questions are calibrated to FY2 / CT1 applicant level — not ST3-level GP curriculum content the MSRA itself doesn't test. PD scenarios are written from situations a foundation doctor will actually face, mapped to the seven GMC competencies the MSRA-PD paper grades against.
Practise in topic mode, mix questions across topics, or take the full mock exam timed exactly to the real paper. Scoring is paper-aware — CPS and PD scores sit side-by-side, the way the MSRA itself reports them.
Every CPS question is mapped to one of the 16 MSRA-CPS blueprint topics. Every PD scenario is mapped to a GMC competency. Across attempts, recently-seen items are deprioritised so you're not just memorising the bank.
