Refunds
Because you receive immediate, complete access to a digital product, we are generally unable to offer refunds once you have purchased and your access has been granted. We hope that’s understandable — once the content is unlocked, it can’t be returned.
Before you buy
If you’re not sure whether Core Revision is right for you, please email us first at support@gpcorerevision.co.uk — we’d much rather help you decide than have you buy something that isn’t a fit. Your statutory rights and the 14-day cancellation period
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. However, this right ends once you begin accessing the digital content — and by signing up for immediate access, you agree to this and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
Technical problems or billing errors
If you’ve been charged in error, or a technical problem stops you accessing what you paid for and we can’t put it right, please contact us at support@gpcorerevision.co.uk and we’ll resolve it fairly.
If you don’t pass the AKT
There’s no failure tax. If you sit the AKT and don’t pass first time, email us and we’ll renew your access free of charge until your next sitting.
